Our goal is to offer easy and convenient access to klanglogo music. That is why this webshop offers the possibility to either shop as a guest or through a convenient user profile. The klanglogo webshop guides you through the order transaction. For orders from outside Germay, we offer a credit card pament option (via PayPal, an eBay service).
1. Payment options
For your convenience, we deliver on account for orders within Germany.
From outside Germany, we offer you a credit card payment option through PayPal, an eBay-Service. This service is fast and easy to use but assumes a (free) PayPal account. Credit card payment is free o charge for you. For using PayPal, please go the PayPal-Website (www.paypal.de) and advise the amount to: info@klanglogo.de
For further information please refer to the PayPal website or contact us. If you prefer, we send you a request of payment through PayPal.
2. Shipping
For orders outside Germany, we deliver the CDs as soon as we have received the payment. Shipping and handling is free for orders within Germany and a value of 25 EUR or above. For deliveries into other countries, fees may vary. For further information, please refer to the webshop notes or conact us in advance.
Important Notice for orders from outside the European Union:
Unfortunately, such orders cannot be billed tax-free. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. Retunrn policy
Please check all deliveries immediately. All CDs or media can only be returned in a sealed condition. Originally sealed CDs can be returned within ten days. However, S&H fees cannot be credited.
For all orders, our terms and conditions are legally binding.
