Weinberg Zithermusi
For more than three decades, the Weinberg Zithermusi ("vineyard zither music") ensemble has been keeping Bavaria's authenic folk music fresh and alive. Hubert Blaser, Sepp Huber, Christian Eisner and Roman Messerer play historic matser istruments of Franz Xaver Kerschensteiner. Weinberg Zithermui (the rehearsal place prvided th e name "vineyard") denotes passion play; combining the responsibility to the roots with an unique sense for sound and personality.
The title flux umi is Bavarian with Latin roots and means "all-too soon over"

Producers' note
Authentic folk music needs enthusiastic promoters. Beyond doubt: The four asters of the Vineyard Zither Music are such advocates. They play music wih passion and addiction, proving evidence that they truely love this heritage: Their music is Bavarian lifestyle! We therefore decided against a sudio and recorded this very special kind of music in its authentic place - in an old wooden farmers room. We have been focusing on recording the sheer musical energy. Our goal was to add drive and beat to the catchy tunes. No romantic revelation of snugness, but lively, hilarious, completely dedusted music.
